Life is full of unknown. Nothing stays perfectly still. Separation is inevitable. What do you value most? Ranking our life priorities is a must. Don’t give in for what you feel passionate for.

The Bible says, be content with what you have. Vanity, love of money and anger are the common causes of anxiety and suffering.

Believe in God’s arrangement. Stick to “love and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7 NIV). According to the Bible “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones” (Proverbs 17:22). “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down” (Proverbs 12:25).

Most people experience moments of wavering faith.[1] Countless people have doubts in their hearts. If we do believe that God is watching over us all the time, why we fail to discipline ourselves? If we truly believe in God’s plan and God’s arrangement, why we suffer from fear of the unknown? In the Bible, it says “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).

Staying in a comfort zone is a double-edged sword. Staying in the comfort zone means resisting uncertainty and the unknown. We embrace chances when we take risks. By walking out the comfort zone, we open the doors to change, growth, and self-actualization. Great rewards take time. Do not expect overnight success.

Significantly, the lines in our palm keeps changing based on our mind and behavior. Our future is not fixed. It’s alterable. It can be better or worse. Thus, guard yourself from temptations. Self-discipline is the key to a good blessed life. God holds against fortune-telling. If any of you get confused about life, or if any of you “lacks wisdom, “seek answer from God (James 1:5 ESV). If God does not answer your prayers, check your motives first.[2]

The cost of chronic anxiety is high. According to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), unconstructive overthinking and persistent anxiety are crucially detrimental to our kidney and liver. Essentially, worries and anxiety root in fear, such as fear of losing or someone important, or fear of losing a once-in-a-lifetime chance. It’s top important to keep a peaceful mind to keep good health. If you can’t stop worrying, it means you are scared and you don’t have enough confidence in your problem-solving ability. Do not run away from your fear. Do something.

We can’t read people’s mind. So, stop guessing. The truth is we can never know others’ inner thoughts, or even our own desires. Focus on doing what you should do rather than what you want to do.

Remember, health and beauty are intertwined. Constant long-term anxiety and stress proved to accelerate early aging. Stress and depression proved to the main common reasons to lead to liver disease.

My greatest fear in life would be sickness rather than death. Sickness can be a long and tough journey and death usually ends within minutes. Usually, people dread of death because they hate separation.

We should never treat our fears and anxiety with pills. It’s foolish and it does not make sense. Willpower can be trained. Do not let your emotion goes up and down for the sake of unimportant things or insignificant persons. I was the one who was dread of making any mistakes. And the fear was so strong that I had great difficulty of making big decisions in life. Due to life experiences, Now I learn to believe in God’s plan and God’s mighty power.

“The past, I think, has helped me appreciate the present, and I don’t want to spoil any of it by fretting about the future.”
